1. Delivery
1.1 Your order will be shipped via DHL.

1.2 We ship the goods from Bavaria in Germany.

Orders within the EU do not pose any problems.

Austria, Finland and Hungary are excluded.

An individual agreement for shipping abroad can be made via the e-mail address info@davivi.de.
Please tell us the article, the quantity and the delivery address, as well as the country and the corresponding postal code, so that we can check whether the delivery can be implemented. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance of the shipping costs incurred.

1.3 There are also several express shipping options for international shipping.

1.4 Within Regensburg it is possible to order an Ultra-Express order, the goods will be received on the day of the order (if payment is received before 8:00 p.m.). ( Attention , this variant only applies to Regensburg. ). The costs for the ultra-express shipping variant are a flat rate of €15. (currently not in operation)

1.5 Collection instead of delivery is possible at a different address with prior agreement. Please make a pick-up appointment at info@davivi.de or via WhatsApp live chat, this will follow quickly and depending on your wishes. Available 24/7.

1.6 Our items are only shipped with a Co2 flat rate that we have taken over. In addition, Davivi always pays you an environmentally friendly "Go - Green" shipping via DHL.

1.7 Monday-Friday: If payment is received before 2 p.m., we will ship your goods on the same day. Shipping times are usually 1-3 business days.

Saturday: If payment is received before 11:10 a.m., we will ship your goods on the same day.

1.8 International shipping, for goods outside of Germany we use premium shipping from DHL, so you will usually receive the goods within 2-6 working days.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 For shipping within Germany, we charge EUR 4.99 shipping costs per order.

(0.15 cent additional "GO-Green" costs are always covered by Davivi.de.)

From an order value of 55 EUR we ship free of charge. Cash on delivery always incurs additional costs of 12.50 euros - these are billed directly by DHL when paying for the delivery. For orders over €299, we will deduct the €12.50 cash on delivery costs from the amount to be paid, so that this payment method is also completely free.

2.2 All products with CBD and HHC as well as "Electronic Cigarettes" are subject to an age restriction and are only sent to persons over the age of 18. All orders are shipped with an age verification of 18+. The age check takes place when the package is received, this service is carried out by DHL. For this type of order you should only have an ID card or passport ready.

2.3 International shipping for €12.99 is via "DHL Premium".

3. Payment Options

4. Subscription Payments

If you have set up a recurring payment with us, you will be automatically billed for the respective sum on the reference date (day of your order + ), every month (or at the selected time tariff). Our subscription option can be canceled at any time without notice

5. Cashback - Redemption Conditions

Cashback Rewards: Example: You receive five points for every € spent. So if you successfully complete your order for 100€ on Davivi.de, you will receive 500 points after your purchase from us. These points can be used for vouchers

• It is not possible to pay out cash or offset the gift coupon.
• Davivi reserves the right to change the minimum order value for redeeming the coupon.
• Online shop gift coupons can only be redeemed in the online shop. We are always available for problems at info@davivi.de.
• A combination of several coupons for the same order is not possible. This does not apply to additional discount campaigns.
• An exchange for auctioned items during a discount campaign is not possible. Please note that we only take back consumable products if they are damaged, as consumable items are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

The minimum amount defines the amount to be paid, for example:

500€ coupon -> 2500€ total amount -> 500€ reduction -> 2000€ payable order value.

Currently active values:

€500 (5000 points) coupon -> €2,500 total -> €500 reduction -> € 2,000 order value to be paid .

150€ (2500 points) coupon -> 1500€ total amount -> 150€ reduction -> 1350€ order value to be paid.

50€ (1250 points) coupon -> 499€ total amount -> 50€ reduction -> 449€ order value to be paid.

20€ (500 points) coupon -> 145€ total amount -> 20€ reduction -> 125€ order value to be paid.
