DAVIVI: Wieso ist HHC im Trend? Banner

Why is HHC trendy?

Where does HHC come from? What is HHC?

A "new" compound from the family of active compounds from the hemp plant has been attracting attention for some time, it is HHC, or collectively called hexahydrocannabinol. As well as well-known active ingredients from the group of cannabinoids from cannabis, such as CBD or THC, there are also somewhat less well-known cannabinoids from the hemp plant. This is where the upcoming cannabinoid hexahydrocannabinol comes in. The United States has been enjoying it for almost a year now. The expression for high-dose HHC concentrate that arose there is perhaps also responsible for this: "legal thc". Although drug policy has changed drastically in the USA in recent years, there are still some strict states such as Florida, where THC for non-medical use continues to be equally strictly banned.

Why is HHC only now known?

So far, more than 144 cannabinoids have been found in the cannabis plant. Including, of course, the already very popular main substances such as THC, CBD.

Somewhat less known, but also very popular substances are CBC, CBG and CBN. Almost all other cannabinoids are mostly an unwanted by-product for today's processing. It is also quite common and completely normal that certain active ingredients are "taken" from the hemp plant in advance. Otherwise this plant would not serve anyone and would not be allowed to wear the name "useful hemp".

Hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) has been known to experts for many years. However, there was no benefit in presenting this to the public at the time. This is mainly due to the fact that far too little HHC content could be achieved in the usual production at the time, so that the effect would have been of little economic importance. The desired active ingredient is still NOT found in high amounts "similar to other scientifically studied cannabinoids".

HHC is an active ingredient that can only have a very strong effect in very high doses (e.g. in our 90% HHC oils). Attention, strong effects can have just as strong opposite effects. Since the process from the plant to the processed oil is a little longer than the more usual one, in the years when HHC was long known, manufacturing wasn't a real alternative for manufacturers. However, since many people around the world are dealing with the comparably very strong active ingredient HHC, it is now in the limelight, which of course leaves manufacturers and hemp farmers worldwide with no other choice but to produce.

Are you fit to drive on HHC?

Are you unfit to drive under HHC?

The previous limit value for THC concentration in the blood is so minimal that you have to accept a huge risk anyway, only legal cannabinoids with a low THC content like most cannabidiol (CBD) products on the German market. This makes it easy to deduce that it is high time to implement a new decision in drug policy anyway. Getting at least a draft going and being able to face the frank admission that current cannabis prohibition policies have done no good, if not more harm than good. In a "decade of change" we don't need to waste our efforts on overly conservative ideas, otherwise our aforementioned election banners for the nominated parties can no longer help either. "Innovation and rapid development of the future" is after ten more years doing nothing, not even the most convincing. Also for all the people who do not want to deal with the daily novelties and ingenuities of politics.

How much THC in the blood is ok?

There's big news in drug policy, no kidding. The head of accident research at the German Insurance Association, Siegfried Brockmann, advocates a new limit of three nanograms of THC per milliliter of blood.

An increase of 300% doesn't sound so bad, but in reality, with the legalization of CBD, it could only bring improvements in theory. It is not practical to ban one (THC), but that the consumption of THC-containing products is legal. However, CBD is legal to possess, trade and consume up to a limit of 0.2% THC. From a purely mathematical point of view, it can easily happen that one or the other consumer of CBD products eventually exceeds the limit of 1-3 nanograms, and is therefore no longer able to legally use a means of transport according to German criminal law.

It should be mentioned here that, at least in Bavaria, any holder of a driver's license, also on foot or on a bicycle, will be stopped and take part in a general check, which can quickly lead to a preventive drug test without any abnormalities, according to the one that has already been implemented new PAG (Police Duties Act), at least the Bavarian police may, at their own discretion, insist on an alcohol (breath alcohol test) and a subsequent urine test.

If this urine test is rejected, this is usually the first step. that according to the law one is obliged to drive to the ward with one's friend and helper in order to "donate" one's blood. There is now also a special rule that officials with special qualifications (resulting from training) are allowed to take the blood of the suspected perpetrator themselves instead of a doctor.

How much THC is in our 92-99% HHC Oil cartridges?

At Davivi we have a passion for perfection. Our exquisite oils that we use for our cartridges are psychoactive, but the HHC oil contains just 0.02% THC. The psychoactive effect is produced by the active (R)-HHC. This is the active component of hexahydrocannabinol, in contrast to the inactive component (S)-HHC.

For exact ingredients and the chemical structure of the active ingredients, write us an e-mail at info@davivi.de, maybe you can find all the information yourself on our website :). We provide our customers with all the necessary data.

Of course, our products have not only been tested and analyzed by us, but also by other independent parties. So get in touch if you have any questions.

What is the effect of HHC?

Since the effects of HHC are psychoactive, it is a very strong legal alternative to the well-known THC. At the same time, it is not a synthetically created chemical formula, but a long-known naturally occurring cannabinoid, which was discovered in the typical hemp plant as early as the 1950s. Since HHC has hardly been economically relevant up to now, it was also not of great scientific importance. For this reason, there are unfortunately very few studies on hexahydrocannabinol. Currently, however, it is strongly assumed that HHC has a very similar therapeutic effect to delta 9-THC. This can already be seen in the almost identically structured chemical formula between HHC and THC. It is currently assumed in medicine that HHC has an effect of approx. 10-70% of the known and commonly used THC (depending on the type of consumption (high dose oils or significantly weaker flowers, of course).

So HHC could probably also cause a lot of joy and excitement in medicine. eg there is already a wide range of influence, at least from the parties that have dealt extensively with HHC. HHC in high dose extracts 70-99% can cause cravings, fatigue, uncontrollable laughter and many more symptoms/effects similar if not identical to THC containing cannabis. This also stimulates creativity and relaxation. The fact that the effect is actually psychoactive and should not be underestimated proves that negative effects can also be triggered and caused. Anxiety, stress, headaches or nausea can occur with excessive intake, but also occasionally with small amounts. Anxiety, stress or nausea are one of the rarest symptoms.
